This enamel is used to build up layers of color then impress an inked stamp into molten powder for a deep impression, just like a sealing wax! This enamel can be applied over slow drying ink and then heat set. Made in the USA.

Chunky Glossy White.... Soectacular!

Words can not do this product justice, but the bright, white glossy, textured enamel powder observed once this is heated from beneath is breath taking. It is creation in a bottle!!
