I have been hesitating to buy myself an embossing-type tool. I was afraid that getting a one-trick-pony wouldn't be worth it. I finally caved since this tool wasn't that pricy, and I couldn't be happier! Not only is this tool the easiest tool I've ever used (honestly, you don't even have to read the instructions), but the results are beautiful and look like you spent serious time on the design (instead of the 10 seconds it took you to turn the crank). I can't help but grin like a school girl as I turn the crank and watch an amazingly perfect product come out of this tool every time! Definitely worth the money to add a bit of unexpected texture to your every day scrapbooking and card-making tool kit.
I had this delivered to my office and just couldn't wait to get home and play. In fact, I opened the package on my lunch hour and tried it out.

This is perfect for card making. I have a Silohuette SD and was looking for an inexpensive embossing machine. I found it and I'm in heaven!!!!
I love the Texture Boutigue Embossing Machine, my only disappointment is that there isn't enough designs for this size machine. I've been looking for more designs and everything I like is for one of the bigger models which I'm just not able to afford. I love the flower, it's adoreable. Maybe a butterfly, an angel, flower buddles. But I do love my machine and the machine itself is so cute looking like a purse...lol. Great job
This is my first purchase of any type of machine for my scrapbooking and card making. I absolutely love it. I would spend hours on my light box with my stylist and my brass stencils to get the same affect that I get in seconds. I recommend this tool for anyone who makes cards and want a little more umpf to their cards or scrapbooking.
When received the box the machine was in was very damaged and fell apart when I took the machine out of it. I wad also missing the screw to attach the handle. But besides that the machine works great.
I have owned this now for about three months, and I absolutely love it. If you are looking for a machine for primarily embossing purposes, this is a winner. The cuttlebug folders work great in this machine also. The embossing folders are great; there is a nice variety of beautiful embossing folders to select from, and you can incorporate folders for the cuddlebug. It is a cute little item too.....really artsy looking.....and the price for this hot little item is excellent when compared to other embossing machines on the market.
hi i just got mine about a week ago and love it, i can;t wait to get more embossing plates for mine you know you can;t have too many.
i already started to make some cards with it and order more plates from the supper store can't wait till hey get here.
i have a cuddle bug but this seems easier to use,

The minute I placed my order I couldn't wait for this to arrive...and I wasn't disappointed. I had it out of the box and working the same day it arrived. It's easy to use and you get dramatic, textured papers that you can use on cards and scrapbook pages. You won't be disappointed with this little baby.

I already have a MM Slice and a Cricut but I wanted to emboss and did not need another die cut machine. I bought this machine in March and was not disappointed. I have actually bought more Cuttlebug folders than the Sizzix ones because they are cheaper.
I already had a Cricut and didn't want to spend the money to buy something that cut and embossed, so this was the perfect solution. I love how easy it is to use and the many embossing folders that are available (I even use Cuttlebug folders!)

Hello, I'm so excited I finally ordered this tonight. I'm confused though, can I buy any embossing folders to go with this. I've seen so many on here, however I'm not sure. Ive seen many different sizes, styles, prices and by different makers. Would I be able to use any and all Embossing Folders, or am I limited? Thanks for any help, you can offer me.

I bought this about a month ago. I had the same question and found that other brands are compatible - you just need to read the description. I bought a few Anna Griffin folders and they work perfectly. Enjoy, this is a wonderful tool!
