Product Questions & Answers

  • Why oh why can I not get the one detailed sprig to cut out fully? It worked fine the first time but then anytime afterwards it just doesn't cut out all the detailed bits even if I roll it through over and over! I'm using the extended platform and the two cutting pads (which are kinda warped after only like a dozen uses!). I was using Brazil paper and then tried using a thinner paper but still it doesn't work. Help, help. What am I doing wrong?   By: Afountain (28-Nov-15) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! • Hi Again, thank you so much for answering. I had tried the wax paper as I've used that on my punches before, but unfortunately it didn't work on this Sizzlit. Then I just ran down to my art room and tried the aluminum foil and ran it through several times. Still no punch out on two of the sprigs. I am really beginning to think it is defective as every other part of the detail on this die cuts out just fine. Thank you again for answering! • I would try running the die through with a a piece of wax paper and see if that helps any. I have tried wax paper and on occasion, aluminum foil. I hope this helps!
