This Standard Pair of Cutting Pads by Sizzix is designed for use in the Big Shot Plus Machine (sold separately). This pair of pads measure approximately 8.75" x 15" and are constructed of high-quality polycarbonate plastic. Included in the package are see-through Cutting Pads, also known as cutting mats, that provide an ease to die cutting with Sizzix steel-rule dies (Bigz Plus) in the Big Shot Plus Machine.
The very first "big" investment I made into my #cardmaking was the sizzix big shot plus. I used the life out of the cutting pads that came with it, and the original one finally got so warped that I couldn't use it anymore- it was well loved! Highly recommend this machine and the cutting pads to anyone looking for a quality die cutting system.
These cutting pads are hard to find in regular box stores and I can consistently get them at Scrapbook.com and at a good price. I use them up about once per year. I've seen them at craft shows but at much higher prices. Scrapbook.com is my "go to" store for hard to find items.
I love the new cutting pads that go with my new Big Shot Plus machine.
These are the replacement pads for the Big Shot Plus. They are large but not different than the ones that came with the machine, which is what I was afraid of based on another person's review. They are as expected and arrived in very good time.

One of mine was shot, I used it so much. First time I saw the replacement plates, I grabbed. A must have.

All Sizzix products are top quality. I have not been able to find any replacement cutting pads in my local craft stores so it's great that Scrapbook carries them, then it doesn't hurt that I get them on sale.

Please confirm that this package is actually (2) 8.75 x 15 cutting pads. Unfortunately I have bought some from other sites that were not the correct size and want to be sure before purchasing. Thanks.

Will these cutting pads work in the new Big Shot Switch Plus machine? I know I�ll need replacements & like to always have a spare set on hand.

These plates are for the Big Shot Plus machine and unfortunately, at this time, there are no extended plates for this machine. The plates listed here are 8.75" x 15".

I am also interested to know if these longer cutting pads will fit in the Vagabond 2 which I recently purchased from Scrapbook.com this year. My concern is that they also be wider.

Hi There,
I was wondering if these could be used at my own risk for an extended cutting plate option for my regular gemini or gemini pro machines to cut dies such as 12� border dies and such? Has anybody tried this? The thickness is the same and so I imagine it�s just the sandwich width that we�d have to play with. I�m willing to take one for the teal on any of my mon-pro gemini machines if someone wants to loan them or accept a return if it�s a no go!
