Create a paper craft to remember with the Sizzix Library Pocket Bigz Die. This die cuts through cardstock, chipboard, fabric, foam, magnets, leather, metallic foil, paper, and sandpaper. It works with the BIGkick, Big Shot, and Vagabond machines.
I purchased this about two weeks ago and just used it for the first time this weekend. Using Prima cardstock and following the directions for the sandwich (including using the extended crease pad which did not come with the Sizzix Big Shot bundle I also ordered) I cut my first library pocket. It was disappointing to say the least but I tried again with the same results. It simply didn't cut all the way through at all sides. I to cut it with scissors. The crease lines barely showed up and definitely didn't fold well on one side. It made the pocket pull to one side. Given all this it is easier to just measure a pocket size, cut with scissors, and use my score board to crease it.
I love this die! I made 40 of the sets as baby shower invites...the party was a book theme so perfect for that. This will be great for creating greeting cards.
I used double and single pieces of card stock and also scrapbooking paper; one xl pad; then an xl crease pad so that the scoring wasn’t a cut.
This pocket die is so much fun!! Just so many different things to use it with!! I absolutely love it!!
