This is a very versatile embossing folder. Yes, it is great for adding snowflakes in the background to the winter-themed projects, but it's also great for raindrops. It also works as just plain background when it's needed, and so much more. If I'm embossing a heavier cardstock, I'll add a couple layers of regular paper under the plate to make sure it leaves a deep impression. This is a go-to embossing folder.
Really like this, using it for my Christmas card background, snow falling behind a diecut flying reindeer, it's going to be oerfect
This is a good folder and works well however --- at the top where all the snow is each dot is kinda big and flat ! Doset look that much like snow ! Hoping I can look from distance and it be ok !

I really LOVE this EMBOSSING FOLDER. Its GREAT for snowfall,and I think it could be used for rain spatters too. that will be my next practice session.
I like the fading concept. It is not quite as delicate as anticipated.
I am using it in my November class, it is a great background for my snowman.
