Combined with the Multipurpose Platform, Essentials Platform or Solo Platform & Shim, the BIGkick, Big Shot and Vagabond machines along with a pair of Standard Cutting Pads can also die-cut and emboss Sizzix chemically etched dies and embossing products (Clearlits, DecoEtch, DecoEmboss, Embosslits, Ink-its, Sizzlits, Simple Impressions, Texture Fades, Texture Trades and Textured Impressions). Add an Extended Adapter (to the Essentials Platform) or Solo Adapter (to the Solo Platform & Shim) to create a sandwich for accommodating Framelits as well as competitorsÂ’ wafer-thin dies. Using Framelits and Thinlits as well as other brandsÂ’ dies with the Multipurpose Platform requires the Platform base plus Tabs 1 and 2 to be layered along with Cutting Pads. (All items sold separately.) The diagrams on the Platforms offer easy guidelines about how to make the perfect Sizzix sandwich. Each Cutting Pad measures 8 3/4" x 6 1/8" x 1/8" and lasts for thousands of cuts. All Sizzix Cutting Pads are meant to be used on both sides. When both sides of the Cutting Pads are worn out, it is time for replacement Cutting Pads. The clear standard cutting pads are here in case you want to go fully transparent.

      Yes! The width of the pads will not utilize the entire loading space of the Big Shot plus due to its larger size in comparison to a Big Shot's loading space, but yes it will work.
