Questions & Answers
  • How long a bead is this capable of making? What is the working surface dimension with the slot? How wide a strip of paper fits? All asking the same ? just different wording. Thank you.   By: cayugalily (28-Oct-18) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • The slot is just shy of 3/8 inches long. The width is about 1/32 inch. It will comfortably accommodate 3 strips of commercial quilling paper up to 3/8 inches wide. The half-inch is wider than the slot, but it definitely would work. I like the tool. It doesn’t slip around in my hand and is easier on my OLD hands. It works well with commercial card stock strips as well. It is too big to fit into my (Quilled Creations) curling coach. I hope this helps. :) By: SCK (31-Oct-18) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. Thank you!

  • Does this tool work well with heavy weight cardstock? I would be using this to roll die cut flowers.   By: melweb01 (07-Jan-17) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • You could use it to curl heavy weight cardstock somewhat, you just can't curl it tightly because that would cause the cardstock to crack. By: Joanie R (09-Jan-17) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. Thank you!
