Probably so. To answer this, compare your Pro sandwich wafer thin die instructions to the wafer thin die sandwich instructions for the Big Shot and BSPlus: The two shims provided with the BSPlus are not exactly the same as the 2 tabs on the smaller Big Shot multiplatform. For the BSPlus using only one shim, the thicker green A shim, with the base platform equals the thickness of the smaller Big Shot multiplatform using both tab 1 and tab 2. I measured both these combinations given for their respective machines and found them the same thickness as the magnetic platform used without any tabs or shims. Magnetic platform = Big Shot multiplatform + Tab 1 + Tab 2 = BSPlus with Green/thicker A shim only. For added confidence you could take your Pro wafer thin sandwich to the store and compare it to the Big Shot small magnetic platform thickness to decide. With that adjustment, my small BShot magnetic platform works great on my BSPlus and I have just ordered the BSPlus magnetic platform. Since the Plus one is now out, I bet there will be will be one made for the Pro eventually--check with Sizzix to see if one in a Pro size is already in the works before spending the $$$ for the Plus.
Addendum--received the platform and the packaging illustrates with machine pictures that the platform is compatible with both the Big Shot and Big Shot Pro machines.
