SX - Memories/More: Framelits Dies/Stamp Layered Ovals were a pleasant unexpected, acquired set. I cut the dies out alternating between black and white then layered them all to see what I had. Wow! Stunning! They can be used all together, separately or in any number of layered combinations with one of the 4 included stamps stamped in the center. The sentiments will be easily used in the course of the year providing a classy presentation that will need little else.
I really like the patterns in these oval dies. Be prepared to do a lot of poking out tiny pieces, but if you have a craft pick, or even a sharp toothpick, it's worth it to do the work. I would like to see Sizzix offer these dies in a larger size, as well. I like the sentiments and the fonts they're in because there is a lot of life and action going on with the way the wording is done. I like the sentiments of the sentiments, as well. Thank you.
I like this set because it has a lot of different dies PLUS the stamps that fit inside.
The ovals that have a dotted edge, however, take some work to get those little bits out. I finally figured I could just drag my tool across the edge and most of the little pieces would come out without too much effort, but it was sort of time consuming.
I received this product as a freebie, and I'm thrilled to have it in my supplies. It has quickly become my go-to die and stamp set when a template calls for an oval shape for a sentiment or accent piece. Sizzix products are one of my favs, and this die cut beautifully with one pass-through on my Sizzix Big Shot with 110# premium paper.

I typically like to use my own handwriting on cards, but these sentiments were irresistible. The various oval frames and the oval-shaped insert will be handy for cards and scrapbooks. I want to try stitching on a few of the frames.
Added that bit of interest needed for my card sentiments. Cut nicely so would recommend. Haven’t had a chance to use the stamps yet but confident they will work well.
