I saw the video from Tim Holtz Colorized but as you can see it shows 2 boots, one smaller than the other but if you look at the dies set, you will see there is no die for the smaller boot. I wish I could post a picture for you but if you look at the photos for this die set, it clearly shows the individual dies and there is only 1 boot shown. I have this die and have not used it as yet. Because of your question i looked at the die with the feet. This may not be an answer that is correct but i hope it helps. It appears that both boots are cut with the die. But did they color the boots black or did they cut the boots in black and layer it on? As i said i have not used this die and the little dies i could not tell if one is a separate boot die. For me i would have tried coloring the boot die black or using the die on black paper to layer..i hope someone else has the answer for you..he is adorable isn’t he.
