Hippity hoppity you're going to have some creative fun with the Easter Sentiments Thinlits Die Set designed by Emily Tootle for Sizzix. Included in the set are 17 thin metal dies that are in the shapes of Easter eggs, bunny ears, "Happy," "Easter," and more. The dies measure from .675" x .15" to 2.375" x 3.5".
These wafer-thin chemically-etched die sets are designed to cut, emboss or stencil a single sheet of cardstock, paper, metallic foil or vellum. They are simple to use, compact and portable for cutting at home or on-the-go. Thinlits dies are compatible with the BIGkick, Big Shot, and Vagabond machines (sold separately). To cut, the sandwich requires the use of a pair of Cutting Pads and the machine's included Platform; when using the Essentials Platform or Solo Platform & Shim, the Extended Adapter or Solo Adapter is required.
I purchased both this set and the balloon set, along with the domes for them. I was thrilled with the outcome of the outlines. Although, it was a very tight fit to use with the dome. The dome is just slightly too big for the frame, however, it turned out fine, with the one frame slightly pushing into the side of the dome. Hard to explain. I definitely love this set, as you can interchange it with the balloon set. Made for an adorable Easter card! I normally hesitate buying dies that entails also having to purchase extras like the domes. I always worry they will stop making the domes, and I will be left with the die. However, the die set would be fine even without the dome, which is why I decided to purchase it. Same with balloon set.
