Designed to work seamlessly with Sizzix A6 3D and Multi-Level embossing folders and the Sizzix Big Shot Die Cutting and Embossing Machine (all sold separately), this tool lets you create flat, smooth, unembossed shapes within your embossed paper. These flat shapes then allow for personalizing with stamps, sentiments, and/or other focal designs. This set includes a Diffuser Plate and Diffuser Inserts for a rectangular shape. Additional Diffuser Plates and Inserts for creating other unembossed shapes are sold separately. • Tip: Before using your Dimensional Diffuser tool system it is helpful to prime your Diffisuer Plates by sliding them in and out of the Diffuser Frames several times 

Instructions:

1. Slide the Diffuser Base Plate into the Diffuser Fame (nibs facing out) and click in place. You can move the plate around in the different "click in" spots depending on where you'd like your shape to be located within your embossed design.
2. Flip the Diffuser Frame with the Diffuser Base Plate over.
3. Add your A6 size paper in your Sizzix A6 Embossing Folder
4. Make sure your Embossing Folder is facing down (print side down) and place within the embossing folder opening within the Diffuser Frame. You will want the embossing folder positioned so that the opening of the folder enters your Sizzix Big Shot Die Cutting machine first. 
5. Add the Diffuser Plate (nibs facing out). Slide the Plate in the place and move the plate around in the different "click in" spots depending on where you'd like your shape to be located within your embossed design.
6. Sandwich your Dimensional Diffuser system in between the 2 Cutting Pads that come with your Sizzix Big Shot machine
7. Roll through your Sizzix Big Shot machine twice
8. Take your paper out of the Embossing Folder and then lightly mist your paper with water on both sides
9. Put only your paper (without the Embossing Folder) back into the embossing folder opening within the Diffuser Frame
10. Slide the top Diffuser Plate back in and center it and your paper to line up with the shape
11. Place your Diffuser Insert into the matching shape opening of your Diffuser Plate
12. Create the same sandwich with your 2 Big Shot Cutting Pads and roll the Dimensional Diffuser System through your machine slowly (Please note: It will feel tight when rolling over your shape Diffuser Insert - this is normal. Think of it like a little speed bump!)
13. Take your Diffuser Shape and Plate out and remove your piece of paper
14. You are left with a beautiful embossed design with a perfectly diffused, flat shape!
