Questions & Answers
  • For fussy cutting, are these the best size to use or would the 6 ones be better? Keep in mind I do already own the 7 ones but was looking for a pair without the serrated blade. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.   By: julier225 (21-Jul-20) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • Hello Julier225,

I would recommend the 6". You will have fewer stop and starts because the blade is longer. Since these scissors do not have the serrated edge you get a nice clean cut. • Are these for fussy cutting?   By: mjpozz (18-Oct-19) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • Hello MJpozz,

These scissors are very sharp! Even though originally designed for Fabric and Ribon, paper crafters are using them for fussy cutting because they do not have the serrated tips like the original Tim Holtz scissors. • Are these the same scissors as his other 5" Tonic snips except these have a pair of black handles instead of red?
Those scissors were called Micro Serrated Mini Snips, whereas these are called Haberdashery Scissor. Is the handle colors and the name the only difference between them? The reason I ask is because I have his 5", 6.5" and 9" scissors already.   By: scramblinrosie (23-Mar-19) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you!
