Contents: Three pairs of scissors in the following sizes 5 inch, 7 inch and 9.5 inches

The Non-Stick Micro Serrated Scissors by Tim Holtz and Tonic Studios have all-purpose blades that won't get gummed up when cutting adhesives. They are rust- and corrosion-resistant. The micro-serrated edge works great when you want to cut fine details. These scissors slice through all types of material with ease, whether you're cutting sheet rubber, adhesive-backed papers or vinyl. The brightly-colored Kushgrip handles are extra large, making it easy for right- or left-handers to use, and reducing hand fatigue. When you're done cutting, cap your scissors off with the included plastic protective cover for safe storage and keep your blade sharp.

    Micro Serrated Scissors

Just received them, so far they cut everything well!
I'll let you know again in a month to see if they are still great!

  • Not particularly crazy about about these scissors

There are things I love about these scissors and things I really don't care for. Unfortunately, the things I don't like about them pretty much overshadows what I do like. I like the feel of the handles when you are using them. The soft grip is very comfortable, which comes in handy if you have a lot of cutting to do. I really wish the blades weren't serrated. I use them for card making and you can see the serrations in the paper after cutting. But, the thing I really don't like about these scissors is that they are horrible for detail cutting. Trying to get these puppies to turn in small, tight places is like trying to turn the Titanic. Maybe they're just not made for detail work though. Will continue to use them, but going to give the Elizabeth Craft detail scissors a try.

    Too heavy

I was so excited to start using these scissors, but was quickly disappointed. They are heavy to hold, and if you cut the paper to the very end of the scissors tip, they make a horizontal tear in the paper - every time. Of course, this can be avoided by not cutting to the very tip, but then I purchased these long scissors so I could make a single, long cut.
Very disappointed because I love the little sister version of these scissors.

    Tim Holtz Scissors

I LOVE that these have such a long blade that you can cut a large area at once. The only drawback is that the blades are so sharp I find it difficult to make a straight cut or control the cutting over any length greater than 4". The blade just continues moving forward without any pressure so I tend to curve my cut line.

    Go Big or Go Home

I admit it, I am a scissor hoarder. And when it comes to Tim Holtz scissors, I saw May Flaum using them in a video and I knew they had to be mine. I cannot give you specifics as to WHEN they make a better scissor cut but I keep them close by and use them often. I do a lot of mixed media and they go thru chipboard and heavier materials like butter. I love, love, love them.

    A Must Have!

These are the best scissors and equally as good as the smaller version! I own 2 pairs of the smaller, only because I find I misplace them under project papers etc and I intend on ordering another of this size as well!! Superior product Tim Holtz!

Love 'em! Love 'em! Love 'em!

These are Excellent! They cut through everything that I need them. I even cut a vinyl floor tile for my bathroom with them. It was an intricate piece that had to fit just right. These were the ticket!

    Wonderful Scissors

I am very pleased that I ordered Tim Holtz scissors. They do exactly what they say. They are perfect for cutting double sided tape. Very sharp so be careful when cutting.

    Best scissors - Cut everything!

I already owned the smaller version of these so getting the larger pair was a no brainer. They literally cut through everything. I bought multiple pairs because I didnt want the one in my craft room to go missing ;)

    Tim's new scissors

I just used these scissors on an old, worn out hoodie and was surprised that these scissors didn't seem to be as easy to use as I had hoped! I buy Tim's products all of the time and always rate them the highest, but either they aren't sharp enough or don't do well on anything thicker than paper. Sorry Tim! I had to tell the truth.
