    • Hello Linda,
      Sparkle Dust is a microfine glitter. You can use it with any liquid adhesive, adhesive pen or adhesive tape. Apply adhesive where you want the glitter to stick, sprinkle it on and tap off the excess. Put the excess glitter back into the container. NOTE: When using liquid adhesive, let it dry to a tacky state before applying your glitter. Let me know if you have any other questions.
