The issue you have is not unusual with all products like Mica Mist. The way reduce this from happening is the once you are done using any manufacturers spray bottle product is to remove the entire spraying top, and then hold it in a glass of water and spray the unit a dozen times or so. This will clean out the tube and the spray cap.
Tonic will replace your nozzle. Please call Michelle at 209-253-0596 and ask her to send you a couple of replacement nozzles. If you have any friends who are having the same issue, please pass this along. We are more than happy to help you. These are no-charge.
