The only problem I had was that I needed to put a piece of chipboard in my Vintage because the die is so thin. But that is entirely on me as I was trying to not buy another machine.

This die set is different from the standard shapes. It will give my cards a little more interest and pizzazz.
I am new at using die sets. I recently bought Cricut Cuttlebug. This set is one of the first I have purchased. I was able to create a very cute birthday card with three of the nested sizes. They were easy to use with the Cuttlebug. I also purchased the nested circles, but have not had the opportunity to use them, but I am quite sure they also will be easy to use.

Do these dies come connected with needing to be snipped apart? 
No. They are separate from each other and are stuck to their cardboard package with heavy tape. Very easy to pull off and then put back in place.
