This package includes three sheets of 1/16" thick double sided adhesive strips from Waffle Flower Crafts. These strips are available in varying lengths. Each sheet includes both .12" (3 mm) and .24" (6 mm) wide strips and all the strips are 1/16" thick. Each sheet also features a pre-cut frame that fits an A2 card panel and is 1/4" or wider. These strips will work on many craft items besides frames, you can use them on slimline cards, standard cards, scrapbook pages, journals, planners, anywhere that you want to add dimension to a die cut or a sentiment.
I like these foam strips in this height of foam and the length of the strips. Very good buy.

How many of each size strip is on each sheet?

There are 13 of the 6mm wide strips and 44 of the 3 mm wide strips. 21 of those 3mm strips are 8.5 inches long and the rest are about half of that length.
