The product is exactly as described. The drawback was that the inside surface of the planner's front cover (a lovely gold) was badly wrinkled, which is NOT a
scrapbook.com shipping issue, because it was packaged beautifully. The wrinkling is, I think, a design issue Websters Pages needs to correct. The other design issue I wish they would improve is the "C" ring shape they use to hold the pages. Using a "SLANT" ring would hold more pages without bending the last sections of the inserts and make closing the planner simpler and more user friendly. I would not buy this again.
