These needles are a nice thick size for stitching on your layouts. I love this size and the price is reasonable. The eye of these needles is large so stitching with perle cotton or baker's twine is a breeze. But if they sell out, they are pretty much the same size (thickness) of a #18 tapestry needle - except these ones are a tad bit shorter and have more of a blunt tip than the #18's do.
Good quality but these regular sewing needles that could be purchased anywhere. Not necessary for use with Sew Easy products.
The needles are just the right size for paper, and I tought they were a good price also.
I bought this product thinking I needed it for the Sew Easy Tool but it already had one needle to start with. I paid $5 in S&H for a product I didnt need.
Somehow I managed to loose my container of them so this was a nice replacement for the ones I lost.

the needles are good so for have not done a lot just now.

The needles are the correct size to use with each piercer tool piercing head.
