Can you switch between the 9" and 5" before a cartridge runs out or must you wait til you are done with one before changing to another? Thank you!

Is this machine sold in an AU (Australian) power plug please?
There is no plug for this machine. It is manually operated with a turn crank.

The description says that this machine is power operated, while some commenters state it is crank operated.Which is correct? Thanks in advance.

I read the description and am not seeing where it says it is power operated. It doesn't use batteries or electricity. You just turn the crank, which as someone who has arthritis, is easy to do.
