Love my Mini Minc. It’s small so it doesn’t take up a lot of space. It foils beautifully. Much better than my laminator. It’s great for card making. The only thing is that you must feed your carrier sheet in perfectly straight & center or it will jam in the machine. Ask me how I know. Luckily I purchased extra carrier sheets. So glad I bought this.
Still having fun playing. Carrier sheet got very jammed and had to pull very hard to release, roller release button did not help. Also have to purchase a toner ink printer now so ending up being more expensive than anticipated.
I have tried to use the foil with my lamination machine, but it didn't work very well or well enough to suite me so I purchased this machine. It does work better than the laminate machine but not as well as the videos I have seen. While it is better, it isn't great either.
I bought this machine so that I would not have the black spots on my foiling images. I used my laminator and got almost the same results as the Minc machine. Glad I got it on sale but the My Story Laminator was free with my old Cricut machine purchasem
The 6" Minc is perfect for small foil applications. Since I use foil mostly for sentiments and borders, I am very pleased with the results. Minc is easy to use and the small footprint makes it easy to carry to crops and to store in my studio.
Was thrilled to find product at a reduces price. I haven't been able to try this machine out yet, but know that I will spend many hours using it to produce beautiful cards.
I love using this on my cards. i was lucky enough to get a laser printer on black friday for low price and now I copy and foil everything. Easy to use and affordable little machine!!
This mini is the perfect size for me. I have a small craft area and love the size plus I wonted it for foiling smaller projects to add to scrapbooks and etc. I would recommend this to everyone.

Can you use the Reactive Paint on a stamp to make cards? Will the paint come off of the stamp after using it? Clear or rubber.

The foil adheres to the toner to create the beautiful paper. Without the toner on the paper the foil will not stick.

I'm sure you could use it, with a converter. I was stationed in the UK, when I was in the military. I used converters for everything that needed one.

Mine has the standard USA plug on it. I am not sure if they ship to the UK or not. But the plug in wouldn't work for you. Maybe email customer service for more assistance?

I have the MINC machine and I haven't used it for a little. I foiled a sentiment yesterday and the foil completely covered the whole page and you and the sentiment was not readable. I had the setting on 3, was that too high for to use. The sentiment was printed on Neena Classic -- was that too light weight wise as foil ended up been on the carrier sheet as well as completely covering the cardstock.?

I realize you asked this a long time ago but just in case you haven't found an answer, you didn't say if you had the mini minc or the Big Mama, a setting of 3 is usually great for the mini minc. The large machine typically needs setting four When you say you foiled a sentiment, if a sentiment was printed with toner ink, and it foiled the entire piece of cardstock, it sounds like you may have used hot foil rather than toner foil. Is that a possibility? Hot foil is designed to be used with the metal foil stamps in machines like the spellbinders glimmer machine, or the Gemini foil press. Where you heat the metal die (not a cutting die) on a platform along with your foil and the cardstock, then you pick the machine platform up and run it through your die cutting machine just for the pressure. That type of foil can't be used on a toner printed image that you run through the minc machine. You need toner for foil for that.
