After thoroughly testing the software, I can honestly say that I believe My Memories Suite is the best program available for newcomers to the digital world.

The software offers hundreds of design choices. Whether you want to create a themed album celebrating a holiday or simply a single digital page, My Memories Suite has plenty of options. Creating a layout takes only minutes. Simply select a photo layout, and double-click to add your photos and journaling. The software's interface is straightforward and extremely user-friendly. Everything is explained, and your photos and design choices are easily displayed for fast, easy scrapbooking.

Once you've created your background page and photos, simply click through the options on the left of your screen to add a title and journaling, as well as any embellishments you'd like. The software includes hundreds of flowers, buttons, photo corners, ribbon, stitching and more. Again, selecting these items is easy and enhancing your page is quick and fun.

Saving your final page is quick and easy. If you've just created a single page, simply export your page to a jpg file, and you're all set. I love the way my finished page turned out, and am excited to share it with family and friends. The fact that it only took about 10 minutes to create is a definite bonus!

Perhaps, though, the most exciting thing about My Memories Suite is the capability to add music, video and interaction to your scrapbook pages and albums. Once you've completed an album of pages, you can quickly and easily turn it into a multimedia slideshow. These presentations can be saved in an iPod-ready format, which you can transfer to your iPod to share with others. Or, burn your presentation directly to a DVD. The possibilities are endless, and creating these exciting shows and multimedia albums is just as easy as creating a single page.

Overall, My Memories Suite offers the beginner a world of possibilities. Those interested in getting started in digital won't be disappointed. More advanced digital scrapbookers will love the multimedia features and easy exporting that makes creating slideshows and interactive albums a breeze.
