While playing one weekend with some colors I rarely use, I realized they would make a great color combination challenge. So, several of my paper crafting friends -- Chelsea Cook, Elizabeth Carney, and Gloria Stengel -- have great examples to share with you today. There were no rules other than using this color combination. Here are the colors:

5" x 4 ¾" Card by Gloria
I love how Gloria not only used the colors but combined florals with plaids. Such a gorgeous effect on her card! Her blue and orange stand out more on her card but she has the green included in the flowers. This card is so beautiful.

4 ¼" x 5 ½" Card by Chelsea
Chelsea has all of the colors plus more on her card. I love the baby blue elephants and the green squares. The dots of orange are just the perfect touch, making it a precious card for any baby boy entering a family!

12" x 12" layout by Elizabeth
Elizabeth chose to highlight the orange in her layout. I love how the grass in the photos brings in the green from our color combination. Then look at the pop of blue behind her title. I just love this layout!

9" x 9" Layout by Patter
For my layout, I went with the baby blue as my main color. Then I added green embellishments and the orange was on my patterned paper.

5 ¼" x 5 ¼" Card by Patter
For my card, this BasicGrey paper was perfect. It has all of the colors there just ready for this challenge.

I enjoy these colors so much, I definitely need to try to use them more often in my creations. I hope you will give this challenge a try too. It's a fun one!
