The Joys of Moving

Gosh taking pics while packing! Not me. I am in such a rotten, stressed mood while packing. Hate it with a passion! You need to do as much as possible while hubby's gone or you will never get done. Funny that HE is the packrat. Women are usually the ones being more sentimental. Some of use would keep old "Skittles" found in the couch or things like that because it reminded of us of when our kids were young and messy. Ha. They just stay messy but with different messes as they get older. And that under the bed thing, I won't EVEN go there but I would bet mine could beat yours on the mess under the bed challenge. Maybe they should have a "worst mess under the bed" page challenge where the object is to scrap the change before and after when it is all cleaned up and the winners (gots to be a few of these to make it worth it) get organizational containers to help these poor kids get organized. LOL Just trust yourself that when lots gets thrown away, lives are less stressful and you have more time to scrap all these pictures you are taking, even of the extra wrinkles you will have when this move is finished, and would bet that you will scrapbook THAT as well. LOL

I dread moving with a passion!! I moved something like 40 times in eight years when I was with my first husband, and could pack, move and set up at least one room ( pictures hung and everything ) within a day back then, but not so now. It takes forever!!! Hopefully you will get it all done shortly and love where you are moving!

I can totally relate and am very sympathetic! Moving can be so frustrating, but the "fresh start" mode of thinking is a good one to have. Glad you had a chance to take a break and snap a photo! Great photo by the way! I love the editing and the b&w!

OMG Tara, I know just how you feel ,we moved house 4 years ago and Neil is the same as Joe, WILL NOT throw a single thing away, it was scary the amount of stuff we had to pack, we did get there in the end and so will you, keep going hon, not long now, then the fun of unpacking and finding everything starts lol TFS :)
