I used textured black cs, then raised it using weather stripping (home depot find). I then used a lightly patterned white cs for the background.

I made the heart using several cuts from a ceral box, and then xyron glued the layers together. I then covered with a cut of silver metal paper. The font is Edwardian Script.

It was rather difficult to cut the black paper, one because of texture. It was also difficult to cut the sizes correctly so that it would like up the way I wanted it to.
