I have done a similar LO of this celebration previously for my youngest DGS's album. This is for my second DGS's album but I've used the papers a little differently.
This is for 3 challenges. The Anything But Flowers Challenge with the twist to pop something up (balloons), the 2 Page LO Challenge and the Use Your Supplies Challenge Week 2 - Stickers.
