You are so right. I made scrapbooks for my son's and his wife's nephews when the nephew's mother (daughter in laws sister) when she was told not expected to live much longer. She wanted her to share with them with her and her nephews while she was still here and put away until they are older. It started with her baby pages up until her passing. They were on display at her funeral last week. She was only 35 and her sons are 6 and 8. This will help them remember when they are older.
This photo represents why so many of us scrapbook. Not only is it to record family history in a fun and artistic way for us, but to know that we are leaving a legacy for future generations to bond and connect over. Both sad & happy memories, but memories to treasure. That is so awesome!
This is such a great reaction and such a heartwarming photo! I'm so glad that Mary-Ashley liked the scrapbooks we worked so hard to make for her. (She and Christi called me last night to thank me for my part in their scrapbooks.)
