The photo is of my dd when we went on vacation in Flordia and stayed at the Nick Hotel. I had given all the kids an underwater camera and this is the one photo that came out scrapbook worthy!!! LOL
Used Basic Grey paper stamped with Angel Company stamps and Stampin' Up white ink. The drops and water effect on the title are created with Crystal Effects from Stampin' Up. I actually let the Crystal Effects harden a little and then used my finger to dab just a touch on each dot and on the drizzle to give the water a highlighted look!
