It's obvious why Miss Sarah is so bright, studious and talented....she has SUPPORTIVE PARENTS! I wish that every child could have these kinds of experiences, Betty. Ya know, I've seen a few high achieving children who are the result of absentee parenting....but never in 25 years of teaching, did I see a failing child from a supportive home life.
That photo is so special! I really love how you used that Chloe's closet paper. I had to have it when it came out, but I haven't done anything with it since.
Such a wonderful memory! Your journaling is heartfelt and fantastic! I love that photo, too! And how you used the sketch! Another awesome page, my friend!
Journaling reads: "Every night Jerry would read a book to the kids before they went to bed. Usually, it would turn out to be several books. When Roger and Denise would come down to see family, they would always wind up sleeping over at our house. The kids really enjoyed these special times with the Cabes. Here Jerry is reading a bedtime story to Joshua, Adam and Sarah, along with Hannah, Rachel and Sarah Cabe. May 1991"
The design is based on a PencilLines sketch. I used blue, orange and cream cs with Chloe's Closet pp by Making Memories. All of the buttons, the sticker and the ribbon are all Chloe's Closet. Lettering was cut with the Cricut Kate's ABC's font. Thanks so much for looking!
