Made this card for a coworker that just had a baby. the background is part of a large 12x12 paper that I just cut down, it already had the star border and the baby boy on the paper, so I just added the frame, ribbon, and baby buggy to the card. So pretty and super easy! Cut the frame and buggy with my cricut
