I made this with lots of bling! a friend at work is celebrating a birthday and I thought she would enjoy a handmade card. Used my cricut to cut the cupcake and the happy birthday, used scraps for the card, even the base. So glad I am using up my scraps, I have bags of scraps just sitting.
