I saw this idea in a "Family Circle" magazine and had to make them. It was so fun. You just use pound cake and a circle cookie cutter to make the shape, frost them with vanilla icing and dip them in coconut shavings. Wrap them in fruit by the foot and use whatever candy for the top...I chose Swedish Fish! :)
