This is the lo I did for the November Scraplift the Person Before You Challenge. I scraplifted Gina's "Loved" lo which can be found here:

I used a piece of sunflower pp as my background and matted it onto white cs. I made my quarter circle and instead of scalloping it, I used some oversized red rickrack. I used a border punch on the blue checked pp and added some doodling with a white pen. I matted one pic, then matted them both onto one piece of pp. I added the photo corner to the one corner ..like the original had. I used a journaling block as a template to cut out the yellow lined pp. I used sticker words at the top and bottom of the pics. I cut the flowers from a piece of pp and added those, using buttons as the centers. I used the red flower to highlight the title, and cut a smaller flower from the pp that I cut the other flowers from. The bird was cut from a piece of pp and I added an eye with some bling. I did the journaling with the white pen.
