I decided to take a less busy approach to this one...
4 patterened papers cut into strips, blue and yellow cardstock cut into 1 1/2 x 2 inch squares for the border, tissues hearts, cork letters outlined in white ink, 2 ghost flowers, a little frog embellishment, green cardstock for the grass, stitched green embroidery thread for the flower stems and 2 green buttons. The fly is just hand drawn with a black pen.
