When I read you'd been to Disney recently, I had to check out your LO's for inspiration. This one is great! What did you think of Fantasmic? We didn't see it, but I've heard good & bad...
I don't think that water tower was there or I just didn't see it. love how you did the title. weird to see the layouts with the new name on there. seems like it will always be MGM studios though.
for the 8x8 album about our day at MGM. Journaling is: Disney’s MGM Studios was a step right into the movies! The first thing Trent and Addy wanted to do was ride the Star Wars ride. We spent awhile at that attraction watching the Jedi training and browsing in the store. Since we love the 3-D movies we headed next to Muppet Vision show and again experienced tons of laughs. The Studios Backlot Tour, Streets of America, and playtime on the Honey, I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set rounded out our morning. Then came the big attraction in which Trent and Addy were part of the production! At the Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular Show, they announced the start of the show –Lights! Camera! Action! – to a crowd of over 5,000 people! Talk about excitement! After that we enjoyed a fun lunch at the Pizza Planet, met some characters and saw the Voyage of the Little Mermaid show. Then we rode the Tower of Terror. It lived up to it’s name. Neither of the kids cried, but they sure were thankful when it was over. We returned to MGM Studios that night for the Fantasmic! show and to ride Star Tours again and do some shopping. It was a star-filled day and night at the MGM park!
