Cut patterned paper into large triangles and attach to thin wooden dowels to form pennants. Attach a variety of different papers to the banners. Stamp the words and shapes onto cardstock. Align the corresponding Framelits dies over the stamped images and die-cut. For ease of use, we recommend using a sticky note to hold the Framelits dies in place while shapes are being cut. Ink the edges of the shapes and attach to the banners.
