Give a Cheer
I just spent a weekend with my 88-year-old grandmother ... her health is good, her mind is sharp, and she shared vivid memories of her life with me over the weekend as we looked at hundreds of photos! I scanned about 100 of her pictures and told her I was going to put them in a scrapbook album for her, commemorating her fantastic life and all of the amazing details of what she did and saw and lived through over these past 88 years. I hope to have to album done for her by Christmas. This is the cover page of the album - I used her favorite color (pink) and I will be incorporating a lot of flowers throughout the album, since she has always had a green thumb and grows flowers year-round in her tiny little apartment in Michigan. Hopefully I will have several more pages to share very soon - TFL!!
