Nephew's book - Layout #27

This is my darling nephew and his daddy working on assembling a wagon. The quality of the photo wasn't great - it was a mobile upload - but it was SO cute, I knew it had to go in the book.

I did a Picture Monkey effect on it, color focusing the center and allowing the black and white on the edges. It compensates for the substandard quality of the photo, I think.

I also did a scan of the Simple Stories bingo card and erased the title so that I could put the little hammer embellishment (A Tree For Me from Hobby Lobby, four Christmases ago). The gears are done with a Spellbinders die, and then juiced up with Stampendous Aged Copper and Aged Silver embossing enamels. There's also some Tim Holtz mini gears on there as well. The title rubon (ancient) is bumped up just a smidge with some yellow glue glitter that I got in the $1 bin at Michaels.

Paper line is Echo Park's Family Man and a Basic Grey PB&J paper as well.
