HUGS! Sorry about your lil kitten! But I think that its important to remember the joy that Kitten brought to your home for a few short days! Sweet LO and your journaling is perfection!
:( Poor kitty! We have a lot of wild kittens living in our shed, and I would tkae them in, but with two cats of our own, a toddler, and little one on the way I just can't do it (I do feed them just like you though), so this LO is so colse to my heart. Love the rectangle blocks, the colors scheme, the stitching, and the embellies; tfs :)
This is so sad. Poor little kitty...at least she was loved for a few days. I love how you divided the page up and your journaling tells the story well. Great job!!!
Oh no.. I think I'm going to cry!! That's so sad... poor kitty :( I'm glad they got to play with the kitty for a few days though :) I love how you did a lo on this, what a GREAT job!!! I love those buttons!!
The pic's look so much better IRL and so do the papers!! This is a LO abt my kids first encounter with a kitten. It was the sweetest thing to see.
Journaling reads: I went to fill my hummingbird feeders. I heard this noise. Looked around in my driveway was a little kitten meowing. I went into the house and told you kids there was a kitten out in the driveway. You both took off like rockets to see the little kitten. He was up on the porch. As soon as the door was opened that little kitten came in the house. Once back outside with it. You both wanted to hold it. I told you both to be very careful with it. Kitten was kind of poor and was hungry. I can't stand to see something go hungry. So I fed it and gave it something to drink. You both fell in love with that little kitten. She was climbing all over you. It was so hot and humid this day and the next day. That little kitten stayed with us for two days. The second day the heat and our dog got the best of that little kitten. But you both will have fawn memories of your first encounter with a kitten. 8.1.05 --------------------- Uesd: cs Marcella by Kay PP's phrases cafe words paint & color pencil stamps and ink offray ribbons buttons flower bloom yellow thread sewing machine
