The pic's look so much better IRL and so do the papers!! This is a LO abt my kids first encounter with a kitten. It was the sweetest thing to see.

Journaling reads:
I went to fill my hummingbird feeders. I heard this noise. Looked around in my driveway
was a little kitten meowing. I went into the house and told you kids there was a kitten
out in the driveway. You both took off like rockets to see the little kitten. He was up on
the porch. As soon as the door was opened that little kitten came in the house. Once
back outside with it. You both wanted to hold it. I told you both to be very careful with
it. Kitten was kind of poor and was hungry. I can't stand to see something go hungry. So I
fed it and gave it something to drink. You both fell in love with that little kitten. She was
climbing all over you. It was so hot and humid this day and the next day. That little kitten
stayed with us for two days. The second day the heat and our dog got the best of that little
kitten. But you both will have fawn memories of your first encounter with a kitten. 8.1.05
