I know myself well enough to know that years from now I won't remember squat ... what I ate, what songs we danced to, who I sat with, etc., so I took the guest list and recreated our floorplan, sort of, and also used the table names that we came up with for the tables. We also had a quote for each table that went with each movie so I'd better recreate that too soon since I'm already forgetting! Tfl.
