used plain white card and glued same sze of colored paper on front. used cricut to cut out black paper shape and the 'happy anniversay' greeting. I used chalk and a stencil to do the flower, added a plain white ribbon across the top and added a tie of the same ribbon. I added 3 jewels on the right for a little glitz
