I saw these altered frappuccino gifts in the gallery this summer and just couldn't wait to do them myself as xmas gifts. Well, the time has finally come and I saved up enough sets to do two.

The pp here is from Eskimo Kisses by BG. The bling and flower are by Stephanie (Stars N Sparkles). I used mod podge to adhere the paper to these boxes. The ribbon is from Ms.
