After a few failed attempts yesterday, I finally got it right! It really shouldn't have given me such grief, but I cut the wrong end, another I cut out the wrong piece... I was just having an off day. I hope to make more of these soon. It can be stored flat until needed, which will be handy if I take some back home in July! I just realized I missed adding the ink to the front fold line... oops.
I added the tag on to a paper clip to hold the top closed.
