This is a LO from the 8x8 album that I made my grandma for xmas. Her first two great-grandbabies were born this year.
I used a period punctuation mark from my clear stamp alphabet set to stamp polkadots in different colors then i put glossy accents over the dots. i folded srtips of ribbon in half to make loops and used glue dots to stick them under my picture. I also distressed and inked the circle.
