Gorgeous card, that stamp is adorable!!!!!! And your writing is so eloquent (hope I spelled that right!) but I'm sure you know what I mean. There's something calming about reading your words, so your avatar is perfect! :) Have a great day!
My (paternal) grandparents are pretty lucky as they get to take on the roll of snowbirds and zip south to states like California and Arizona come the chillier months of the year, thus sparing themselves the wrath of another harsh Canadian winter.
When they trek back across the 49th in their RV each spring, I like to welcome them home somehow (we don't live nearby to each other, so a reunion in person isn't usually in the cards) and decided that a cheerfully hued card was just the way to go about that this spring. The apron (which is a Lockhart Stamp Co. stamp) and subtle 1950s vibe of this card pay tribute to my grandma (who was a young mom in the fifties) and her lifelong love of cooking and crafting.
~ Heartfelt thanks for checking out my card. Any questions about this creation, please don't hesitate to ask (PM me for fastest response). Wishing you a blissfully creative day! ~
