love the panoramic shot - it gives a great perspective on just how LARGE the King's retreat was. Love the large alphies and the inked layers. GREAT job.
love the panoramic shot - Versaille is incredible - we never did the Grand Trianon nor the Petit Trianon - we spent so much time enjoying the inside and the rest of the grounds!
We find quite a few places where photography is not allowed. This is very pretty - love the papers you used for it - the design fits in so well with the theme. The photo is awesome - would love to visit there.
What an awesome building..especially amazing because it was built 326 years ago! I googled it and there are many photos of the inside...the rooms are jaw dropping and lavish to great extremes!! Some are beyond exquisite!! I must have been great to have seen this IRL!! I love how you mimicked the colours of the building with your use of the pinks and browns!! The layers and flowers are beautiful! Another superb lo!
The Grand Trianon, the palace retreat away from Versailles! I love it Versailles was a retreat from Paris but the court moved along with the king so they had to build another palace to retreat to. I believe that we just had time to pass by and so no interior shots, which is too bad. I don't have interior shots of Versailles itself, no idea why there may have been a no photography allowed or I'm an idiot to not have gotten more photos.
