Inspired by Pixels2Pages.net videos, challenges and blueprints. We arrived in NYC on the red-eye from the West Coast, caught the shuttle into the city, concierged our bags at The Manhattan Club and went to lunch at Serendipity in the Upper East Side. Small quaint cafe/coffee house established in 1954 with loads of charm, lots of Tiffany-style lamps, wrought iron tables and chairs. Several movies have been filmed here. We got their famous frozen hot chocolate and it was yummy! The entire day was celebrating my birthday. We each had fittings at Intimacy (Oprah's bra shop) and then rushed back to The Manhattan Club to change and head out to my birthday dinner at Tavern on the Green in Central Park. It was a long, tiring day yet so special because I got to spend the entire day of my 60th birthday with my daughters.
