This layout was inspired by Pinterest. I cut 3 x 3 squares and ran them trough the cuttlebug to make the quilt border. I used scraps to cut the balloons on my cricut. I stamped the journaling circle and sponged around the edges. Made some flowers to match the quilt. Used some bear stickers (Recollections) the bling flourish is from a swap.
